SORTMASTER Operation Process
1) Material passes Sensing Unit is gauged for length and width , and drops into Bin. 2) Material passess Sensing Unit, passes to next Bin. 3) Material drops to Temporary Storage as Bin dumps. 4) Bin dumps to Transfer Chain.
"SORTMASTER" - eliminates the inherent problems of Complex Memory Systems by placing the length and width Sensing Unit at each sort. Operation - Length and Width Sensing Heads are adjusted to the proper dimension. Longest and widest stock sorts first with smaller dimensions removed sequentially.
